Turning a brand milestone into a genuine fan moment takes more than a party. For Cricket Wireless's 20th anniversary, the goal was to make customers feel like the celebration was actually for them.
I led the creative direction for an experiential tour hitting Live Nation venues nationwide. The centerpiece was a surprise-and-delight game giving fans the chance to win Cricket swag, generating excitement while capturing valuable consumer data. The tour culminated in a headquarters celebration complete with a life-size birthday cake.
The result: $100K in additional business and a brand that felt genuinely worth celebrating.
