When Home Depot scaled back SharkBite's shelf presence, the brand shifted its focus to Lowe's. The pivot wasn't just a retailer shift. It was a high-stakes launch that had to land right the first time.
I developed a comprehensive in-store signage package for a $75M+ product launch across 1,730 Lowe's locations. Working in close collaboration with the Lowe's Visual Merchandising team, the work had to satisfy two brands simultaneously. Balancing SharkBite's identity against Lowe's exacting in-store standards was the central creative challenge.
The result was a retail presence built for scale. Consistent, brand-right, and designed to drive awareness and sales from day one.
